01. Return Eligibility
To maintain quality standards, we have clear guidelines on return eligibility:

- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Item missing from your order
- Product significantly different from description
✦ Not Eligible for Return
- Product has been worn, used, or washed
- Tags, stickers, or original packaging removed
- Request made after 7 days of delivery
- Minor variations in color due to lighting/display
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by customer
02. Return Window
- Return or complaint requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The return window starts from the date of confirmed delivery
- Requests beyond this period will not be accepted
We recommend inspecting your product as soon as it arrives.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
4. Return Instructions
If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item
5. Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed
04. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is approved:
- 1–2 days → Product inspection
- 2–3 days → Refund approval
- 5–7 days → Amount credited to your account
Additional details:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds may apply for partial issues
- Store credit may be offered as an alternative
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
05. Replacements
Prefer a replacement? We’ve got you covered:
- Subject to product availability
- Processed within 2–4 business days after approval
- Only one replacement per order allowed
- Domestic replacement shipping is covered by us
06. Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our fault (wrong/damaged item) → We cover shipping
- For ineligible returns → Customer bears shipping cost
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
07. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, worn, or damaged caps after delivery
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Free items included in orders
08. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement (if not shipped)
- Email [email protected] with your order details
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
Approved refunds for cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days
